Dr. Elbert D. Charpie lives in Citronelle, Alabama where he pastors First Baptist Church of Citronelle. He has studied end time events for several years and developed "In View of the End" about seven years ago. Dr. Charpie earned his Master of Divinity and Doctor of Ministry degrees from New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary. He lives with his wife, Vickie, and has two sons and a daughter.

FBC Citronelle

First Baptist Church is a thriving fellowship in a small community located about 25 miles north of Mobile, Alabama. In 2003, the church's almost 60 year old building burned to the ground due to aged wiring. The church met in a school and other locations for three years and then moved into their new building in March of 2006.

Dr. Charpie came as pastor of First Baptist Citronelle in August of 2007. Originally from this area, he had served previously at Grace Baptist Church in Johnson City, Tennessee for 11 1/2 years.
